Khon Kaen studio · since 2021

The checkout did not fail. The story between screens did.

Cloudauditbase is a quiet place to learn conversion drop-off diagnostics. We teach product, growth, and data people how to stop arguing about a single funnel percentage and start locating the exact step, audience, and rail where intent evaporates.

What people actually changed after class

After Event Taxonomy for Product Funnels I finally deleted three “page_view” clones that had been inflating our PromptPay success step. The drop was never the bank rail; it was a double-fire on Android 12.

The Conversion Drop-Off Diagnostics Studio is slower than a typical “growth workshop.” That is the point. We left with a two-page memo, not a slide about north-star metrics.

Useful, a bit stern. Session Replay Review Practice assumed we already had decent replay coverage. We did not, so week one felt thin until instrumentation caught up. After that the taxonomy stuck.

Conversion Drop-Off Diagnostics Studio

Eleven modules for people who already open Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4 and still cannot explain why a step dies. You will build a leak map, separate delayed conversion from true abandonment, and write a diagnostic the PM can schedule against.

Why this studio exists

Dashboards narrate. Diagnostics decide.

Name the leak, not the mood

Teams often relabel a bad week as “seasonality.” We practice isolating device, locale, payment rail, and experiment collision before anyone rewrites copy.

Thailand-specific rails

OTP fatigue, PromptPay hand-offs, LINE OA return paths, and bilingual checkout strings show up in our exercises because they show up in Thai apps.

A memo, not a mural

Every studio ends with a short diagnostic note: suspected cause, disconfirming evidence, next instrumentation, and what not to A/B yet.

How a week actually runs

Bring a real funnel. Leave with a leak map.

We do not simulate a fictional coffee shop. You arrive with export access (or a redacted CSV) and we work in public critique. If your events are messy, that becomes the first assignment rather than a footnote.

Remote learners join from Bangkok, Hat Yai, and occasionally Singapore. On-site seats sit a short walk from Na Muang Road.
