Terms of use

Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms govern access to cloudauditbase.digital and enrolment in Cloudauditbase teaching rooms.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or taking a seat in a studio, Signal Reading day, shorter public room, or Desk-side Residency, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

We may update these terms. The date above is the effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid teaching will be emailed to the address you used in your enquiry when we have that address.

What we sell, and what we do not

Cloudauditbase provides teaching and critique in app analytics and conversion drop-off diagnostics. Fees published on this site are informational. No checkout, payment card field, or automated enrolment exists here. A binding teaching agreement arises only when we confirm a date and fee in writing by email.

We do not sell software licences, analytics implementation, or guaranteed conversion lift. Any claim that a studio will raise a metric by a stated percentage is outside these terms and should be ignored.

Site use

You may view and share public pages for legitimate professional interest. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs others’ access, attempt to probe non-public endpoints, misrepresent yourself in a form, or republish course materials as your own product. Enquiry forms are provided for genuine contact; automated bulk submission is prohibited.

Learner conduct and confidentiality

Studios often include redacted product data brought by learners. You agree not to record other participants, not to copy their exports, and not to discuss identifiable company details outside the room. We likewise treat your materials as confidential except where disclosure is required by Thai law or you give written permission to use a case study.

We may remove someone from a room, without refund beyond the refund policy, if they harass others, ignore confidentiality, or refuse to work within the published limits of the studio (for example, demanding live SDK implementation during critique).

Intellectual property

Cloudauditbase retains copyright in worksheets, leak-map templates, memos we author, site copy, and brand marks. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you for your internal product work. You may not resell, white-label, or run a competing public course using those materials.

Work product you create from your own data (your leak map, your Monday memo about your funnel) remains yours. We may keep an anonymised teaching example only with your consent.

Third-party images on this site are used under their providers’ licences and remain the property of those providers.

Accuracy and opinions

Journal essays and method pages reflect teaching opinions, not professional legal, accounting, or investment advice. Analytics vendors change. Rails change. You remain responsible for how you apply diagnostics inside your organisation, including privacy and PDPA obligations when handling user data in class.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Cloudauditbase is not liable for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect damages arising from site use, teaching, or your subsequent product decisions. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed teaching engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The site is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that mock form endpoints represent a production backend. The contact form posts to a static acknowledgement file for demonstration of client-side handling; a human reply still depends on email reachability at info@cloudauditbase.digital.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Khon Kaen, Thailand, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from teaching engagements, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise for an individual learner acting outside a trade.
