Refund policy

Last updated 13 August 2026. This policy applies to confirmed teaching fees invoiced by Cloudauditbase. This site has no checkout; refunds concern bank transfers or invoices agreed by email.

Eligibility

You are eligible to request a refund if we have confirmed a seat or residency in writing and you have paid the corresponding fee. Informal enquiries, waitlist notes, and informational prices on the site do not create a refundable transaction.

Corporate bookings are eligible in the name of the paying entity. The person who signed the confirmation email should submit the request, or forward written authority.

Timeframe

Full refund of the teaching fee is available if you cancel at least 14 full days before the published start of the room (09:00 Bangkok time on day one). Between 13 days and 48 hours before start, we refund 50 percent. Inside 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable unless we cancel or a listed exception applies.

For Desk-side Residency, the 14-day clock starts from the first reserved calendar day, not from travel dates you book independently.

Full versus partial refund

A full refund returns the teaching fee actually received. A partial refund is 50 percent of that fee under the mid-window above. If a multi-day residency has already begun, unused remaining days may be refunded pro rata only if we agree the stoppage was caused by us (instructor illness, venue failure) and not by your internal change of plan.

If you miss remote hours because of your connectivity, that is not a partial refund. We will share materials already released to the room; we will not rerun the critique privately for free.

Non-refundable items

Travel, hotels, vendor licences, your engineers’ time, meals outside any stated studio lunch, and third-party tools are never refunded by Cloudauditbase. Seat deposits labelled non-refundable in a specific confirmation email stay non-refundable. Custom worksheet printing requested after confirmation is non-refundable once printed.

Refund process

Write to info@cloudauditbase.digital with the subject line “Refund request,” the confirmation date, the room name, and the payer’s account name. We acknowledge within two working days and confirm the calculated amount within five working days after that.

Do not send payment card numbers. There is no card vault on this site.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the same bank-transfer rail used to pay us, typically within 15 working days after approval. Currency conversion differences and intermediary bank charges are borne by the payer’s bank unless Thai law requires otherwise. We do not refund in cash at the Na Muang Road desk.

Cancellation by Cloudauditbase

If we cancel a room or residency, you receive a full refund of teaching fees paid, or — if you prefer — a transfer to a later date at no extra fee. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked before we confirmed the room was running. We try to confirm “the room is running” at least 21 days prior for public studios.

Exceptions

Serious documented illness, bereavement, or government travel restrictions that prevent attendance may qualify for a full refund or a free transfer even inside the 48-hour window. We ask for reasonable evidence and decide in good faith. Removal from a room for harassment or confidentiality breach follows the terms of use and is not refunded beyond unused days we choose to offer.

If the teaching delivered is materially not the published outline (for example, the flagship studio omits critique entirely), you may request a remedy: additional desk hours or a partial refund. Disagreement with a diagnostic conclusion is not grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee conversion lift.
